My name is Kate Moore and I am a Career Coach.  Through my years of working in both an educational and business setting, I have seen men and women of all ages seeking passion and fulfillment in their professional lives.  Too many people are unhappy with their jobs and I truly believe that through coaching and self- examination, you can find a profession that you enjoy going to everyday while providing the stability and financial needs for your family. 

Currently I am also a Career Counselor at a university.  I have a Masters of Education degree in Higher Education Administration and Counseling and have been working in higher education for many years.  I also have experience in the corporate setting, in particular, marketing. 

Recently, I had my first child, a daughter, who I absolutely love to be around.  Career Coaching has given me the opportunity to balance work and family to where I can enjoy both areas of my life.  That is what I would like to help you do!  Today, many men and women struggle with a work/life balance.  I feel that this balance is such an integral part of a person's success in both their professional and personal life.  We will focus on what makes YOU happy and actions and tools needed to create a plan that will move you towards your goal!
